  It was less than a week until Christmas. I had a day FULL of appointments and responsiblilities, the first of which was to drop my son off at school. Turning a corner to the school I heard a grinding-rubbing noise coming from the car. In an instant I saw all of my days plans go out the window. In a nearby parking lot I found my front passenger tire had gone flat. Thank God I had a portable air compressor in my trunk, so I was able to add air, but that was only a temporary fix, I knew. So I drove home and began calling service stations. The nearest could "fit me in," but there were six other tickets ahead of me. Another could fix it, but it would be about an hour, and they had no where for me to wait. With the temperature outside being about 25, this was not an option. Then I remembered Jacksons. I called, and Mark told me to bring my car on down and theyd get it "fixed right up!" So I drove over there - a whole five minute drive - armed with a book to read, my appointment book, and a list of people to call to cancel &/or rearrange my schhedule for the day. I went in, told Mark what I needed, handed him my key, and went into the waiting area. Inside I bought a cup of coffee, took off my coat and started to settle in. I LITERALLY only read two pages of my book when Mark came in, told me there had been a screw in my tire, it was fixed and I was ready to go! My coffee hadnt even cooled enough to drink yet! All of this courtesy, speed, and wonderful service, and the price was so reasonable, too! Jacksons Service Center fixed my tire and saved my day! Thanks guys!
